Refund policy

Each item is made to order, specially for you.

Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-quality reasons.

Damages & Defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll promptly arrange a refund or replacement.

What to do: Email info@hueline.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Personalised / made-to-order products (all of our prints)
Gift cards
Hazardous/flammable items (if applicable)
Note: Minor colour or crop variations between screens and print are normal and not considered defects.

Refunds

Once the return (if required) is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact info@hueline.co.uk.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

EU/UK Cooling-Off Rights

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customised or made-to-order goods. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
